At Ultrazone, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, invoice, and accessories are intact


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

  • Physical damage caused after delivery

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Customized or special-order items

Laptop spare parts once installed or tampered with are not eligible for return.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID, product details, and issue description

  2. Share clear images or videos of the damaged/defective product

  3. After verification, our team will approve the return or replacement

  4. The product must be shipped back as per our instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

  • If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected

  • In case replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned product

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Ultrazone is not responsible for damage during return shipping


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
